We really couldn't fault bramble cottage ,some may say dated but it's I keeping with the cottage ,perfect location for exploring ,comfortable, best sleep had,loved our stay.Staff welcoming and helpful Liz head housekeeper in particular.

Only 2 things,over the bath shower saw these years ago Plastic push on taps kind ,no hardship to have bath Instead piping hot water but maybe something to change in future 2nd carpet in toilet, personally I don't like not hygienic

Nice to be able to park car outside cottage. It was spacious.

We had no shower, only a rubber push on tap shower hose which was not adequate for our needs. Didn't like the carpeted bathroom as not hygienic, also the bathroom and bedroom doors were not acceptable as they were mainly glass and just had net curtain covering the glass which you could see through giving no privacy. Whilst we were there we didn't have WiFi, we did report this several times but with no success. The twin bedroom is extremely noisy due to heavy traffic. Could do with updating throughout.

Bramble cottage is tucked away in the corner of all the cottages. There was easy parking outside. There was outdoor furniture in the courtyard which was pleasant. The cottage was a lot more spacious than I’d anticipated, but still had a cosy feel. There was a hand written card to welcome me and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch!

There wasn’t anything I did not like! I knew by reading other reviews that there was no shower, but the bath is a lovely big bath which I took advantage of. I would have liked to have had some shelving in the bathroom for toiletries, as that was lacking. But it was not essential.
